At Veriqo AI, we take your privacy and the security of your strategic data seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or use our Shadow Board analysis platform.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information that you provide directly to us when using the Veriqo AI platform:
- Account Information: Name, email address, company name, and billing details when you register for an account.
- Strategic Queries: The text of the strategic decisions you submit for analysis. Note: All queries are processed ephemerally and are not used to train our AI models.
- Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our platform, including log data, device information, and analytics.
2. Zero Data Retention Policy
Veriqo AI operates on a strict Zero Data Retention architecture for your strategic queries. Once your Shadow Board analysis is generated and delivered to your session, the raw query and the generated analysis are immediately purged from our active processing servers. We do not store your strategic data at rest unless you explicitly opt-in to save your analysis history.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect primarily to provide, maintain, and improve our services:
- To process your transactions and manage your account.
- To generate the Shadow Board analysis (processed ephemerally).
- To send administrative information, such as updates, security alerts, and support messages.
- To respond to your inquiries and offer customer support.
4. Third-Party AI Sub-Processors
To provide our multi-model Shadow Board analysis, your queries are securely transmitted to our trusted AI sub-processors (including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Perplexity) via enterprise API endpoints. Veriqo AI's own systems retain no query data, consistent with our Zero Data Retention architecture described above. Our sub-processors do not use your data to train their base models. Separately from Veriqo AI's own architecture, each sub-processor may retain a copy of API traffic for a short period under their own standard terms — typically less than 30 days — solely for abuse and safety monitoring required by their API terms of service; this data is not accessible to Veriqo AI and is not the same as Veriqo AI's own query storage (of which there is none). We have executed Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) with these providers governing this arrangement.
5. Data Security
We implement enterprise-grade technical and organizational security measures to protect your data, including TLS 1.3 encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest (for account data). However, please note that no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
