We collect information that you provide directly to us when using the Veriqo AI platform, including account identity information, billing details, and strategic business decision queries. Your decision data is processed to generate the analysis. Veriqo AI does not use customer decision content to train its AI models.

Veriqo AI is engineered specifically for confidential, board-level strategic decisions. We do not make broad, ungrounded claims; rather, we provide clear, verified data-lifecycle controls across every class of information processed by our system.
Account, billing, security, and operational records may be retained where strictly necessary to provide the service, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations, and support customers. The table below explains the exact retention and deletion rules for each data class.

Important Distinction: "No training on customer decision content" and "zero retention" are distinct controls. Our enterprise AI providers process inference requests without using them for model training, while the Veriqo platform retains necessary account, billing, and private decision history for your account management. User Data Controls
You maintain active control over your data on Veriqo AI. Within your account dashboard or upon request, you can:
- Delete an analysis: Remove any individual decision run from your history permanently.
- Delete an account: Close your account and purge associated decision records.
- Request data access & correction: Obtain a copy of your account profile or request rectification.
- Export data: Download decision analyses in PDF or DOCX formats according to your plan entitlement.
3. Third-Party AI Sub-Processors
To provide our multi-perspective Shadow Board analysis, your strategic inputs are transmitted to our vetted enterprise AI sub-processors (including Anthropic, OpenAI, and Perplexity) via commercial enterprise API agreements. Under these agreements, customer inputs are never utilized for model training or public ingestion.

We implement enterprise-grade technical and organizational security controls to protect your data, including TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, secure secret management, and strict role-based access control.
